Riyadh Block Factory is a Saudi industrial establishment founded in 1988 and based in Jeddah. We manufacture cement, volcanic and machine-insulated blocks in every size, serving government and private-sector projects across the Western Region and beyond.

From raw stone
to the walls of your project
- 1Raw Materials
Selected aggregates from approved quarries, Portland cement and volcanic stone.
- 2Automated Mixing
Electronically weighed proportions for each type, calibrated to achieve the required compressive strength.
- 3Pressing & Moulding
Semi-automatic production lines compact each block by vibration and pressure in precision moulds.
- 4Curing & Drying
Controlled moistening and drying until the block reaches its design strength.
- 5Quality Testing
Samples from every batch are tested in our own laboratory and at accredited independent laboratories.
- 6Palletising & Packing
Blocks are stacked and palletised automatically, then secured with plastic strapping.
- 7Truck Delivery
Our fleet unloads the blocks wherever you need them — at ground level or on upper floors — on time.

Semi-automatic production lines for blocks in every size, with particular care in curing to ensure consistent specifications in every batch.
Crane-equipped trucks deliver the blocks directly to site and unload them exactly where you need them.

Three block types for every construction application
Start by choosing the type according to the wall: load-bearing or non-load-bearing. Then select the category, size and insulation option from the product card. Standard products are 40 cm long and 20 cm high, and every product has a code to quote when ordering.
